Tiger in his rise to be a Golf Legend went against the grain and used the neysayers as fuel to propel him self to win Majors and regular tour events. Jack Nicklaus is still the G.O.A.T. Tiger’s red shirt on Sunday was awesome!
Metal songs or grunge songs do the same thing as far as righteous power because of the neysayers. Release(Pearl JAM 10) and Blurry(Puddle of Mudd) and Someday Somehow (Nickelback)(Viggo Stryder) especially Blurry by Puddle of Mudd as a high school nightmare that can be harnessed as electric energy. It is in the way you use the negativity flipping it on its head.
Keep at it, does lose hope and always be in the present.
What does this mean for pre-workout? It means you should not only focus on your body you should focus on your mental health. If something bothers you make sure to keep to the grindstone. If you don’t have fun you might want to find something new. If you find something you like to do, do the like action over and over again till I gets stale. New Orleans like much of the USA helps kids. Story I flew from Dallas/Ft. Worth to New Orleans to meet some buddies for our freshman year of college road trip. I took a shuttle bus to Tulane to go to the meet house. Somehow I bought beer and passed out at a Tulane baseball game after finding the meet place with no one there.
I woke up in a Motel and my buddies walked in the room as I was waking up. People are happy to if you are honest and simply be yourself not comparing or competing.
Never get upset because you will only hurt yourself. Example: Tennis Star Naomi Osaka is a great player. The only thing is she sometimes throws her racquet. There is nothing wrong with that like McEnroe in the past. The thing is she should try not to show weakness. A flare up could give the other player an advantage.
I myself am an Ice Hockey NHL fan. A man should have a sport to be a fan or participate in. Hockey season is over. What to do? Colorado won the Stanley Cup. As far as hockey goes there are Tenders(Goalies) forwards and centers and defensemen. There is fighting blood loss and chicklets(broken teeth). Directly after the fight the two players go to the penalty box and the don’t usually hold a grudge. Just part of the game. The players on the bench bang their sticks against the boards to help the fighters. There is such a thing in Hockey called a Gordie Howe hattrick(A Fight, A goal, and an assist). Gordie Howe is considered a legend and has a special place for both players and fans. If you have a chance to go to a NHL game you would have fun cheering for either team or just watching.
